As a systems Integrator, we make a variety of different systems from different manufacturers work together. It is a matter of finding and implementing the ways they interface or interact with one another (usually information sharing).

For example, it is not unusual for our college clients to have human resources enter students into a college database (first manufacturer), which may then transfer some of the information to a food and vending one-card system (second manufacturer) and to a badging system (third manufacturer), and to an on-line access control system (fourth manufacturer), and also to an offline card lock system (fifth manufacturer). Each system operates on its own independent software, but we can make them cooperate with each other by sharing databases.

Similarly, it is not unusual to want an access control system or door locking mechanisms to do something special if the fire alarm system triggers. Kolram can accommodate these types of hardware and software interactions while maintaining all code requirements.
