The profit margin that we need is built into our original bid. Even our largest projects come in at or around the original quoted price. Our policy is simple and fair. If our customer desires a change and the change costs us nothing, then it costs the customer nothing as well.

When a customer makes a change that does involve extra labor and/or material costs, Kolram's additional charges for these are at the same rates as in the original bid. This means that our customers are not penalized if they make alterations to a job after the work has begun.

Kolram's pricing for multiple phase jobs will be figured the same way for each phase: no bait and switch: no penalty for a commitment to using us. If our labor or materials costs increase, we will simply pass them on without any extra mark up.

As a result, our pricing is predictable and consistent. This is one reason why most of our customers give us repeat business. We take great pride in this trust, and work hard to make sure it is never abused.
